I constantly try to come up with "cheater" recipes that are delicious and make people think I am a genius in the kitchen. This one worked! It's fantastic.

Ingredients

• 2 packages No-bake Cheesecake Mix (I think they were 11.1 oz.)
• 2/3 cup Butter, melted
• 1/4 cup Sugar
• 1 package Ladyfinger cookies (25 cookies)
• 1 8-ounce package Cream Cheese, softened
• 3 cups Cold Milk, divided
• 1 carton (12 ounces) Frozen Whipped Topping, thawed
• 1 can (21 ounces) raspberry, cherry or strawberry Pie Filling

This always makes me think of a campfire and rosting marshllows to make s'mores.....i think you will like this.....Enjoy.

  Crust:
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 2 1/4 cup graham wafer crumbs
• 1/3 cup sugar
• Filling:
• 2 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk (Eagle Brand, 300ml)
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup miniature chocolate chips
• 1 cup miniature marshmallows
• Topping:
• 1 cup miniature marshmallows
• 1/2 cup chocolate chips
• 1 tablespoon butter

This cheesecake may not be as rich as some cheesecakes but the combination of cream cheese, sour cream, lemon and raisins produces a really delicious cheesecake.below this this cake recipes!
