Crumb Crust:

• 1 1/2 cups graham cracker or digestive biscuits crumbs
• 6 tablespoons butter, melted
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 6 ounces of semisweet chocolate
• 1 1/2 pounds cream cheese
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1/3 cup double strength coffee
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

• 2 packages of cream cheese (8oz each) softened
• 1/2 C sugar
• 2 tsp vanilla
